Frequently Asked Questions
How do we book and when is the balance due?
Please get in touch via my contact form on the contact page. It would be great to get to know you better with a phone call in advance and discuss your wedding plans in more detail.
A signed contract and a retainer are required to hold your date officially, and the final payment is due 1 month before your wedding date. Planning a wedding can be overwhelming, so we can arrange a payment method that best suits your needs.
How long will it take to get our pictures?
I aim to complete the processing of your pictures within 2-3 months from your wedding (based on a 12hr wedding). I also deliver a few highlight images within 1-2 weeks after the wedding day, so you and your partner can share a piece of your special day online if desired. This estimated time may increase at busier times of the year; however, I will always keep you updated.
Where can I find your rates?
Please contact me via the contact form to receive my wedding package brochure. I aim to answer all emails within 48hrs.
Can we add extra hours of photography on the day of the wedding?
I understand that on wedding days, plans don't always go accordingly. You can extend your wedding photography time at an hourly charge.
Do you have insurance?
Yes, I have public liability insurance covering up to £5,000,000. I can provide your venue with my insurance information upon request.
Can we purchase an album after my wedding?
Yes, definitely! Many people decide to get one after their wedding day; however, packages that include albums are discounted considerably compared to purchasing the album separately, so if you want an album, you are better off opting for one of the package options.
Do we need a second shooter?
A second shooter is not mandatory. However, I recommend having one for larger weddings to give you two perspectives on your wedding day and much broader coverage for all candid moments that arise.
